With its 1100 grams, the mat is lightweight and therefore easy to take with you to a yoga studio. The thickness of 6 mm and the soft flexible material provide optimal cushioning. An ideal mat for the more calm types of yoga, such as Yin and Restorative yoga, but also for pilates.
