Returns

Not happy with your purchased product? Money back! A product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.


Returning a product can be done in 2 ways:

Return it for free in our store in Amsterdam or The Hague.

Send it back to us via post. The shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.

NB: at the moment it is very busy at PostNL, due to the COVID-19 measures and the holidays. That is why we recommend postponing a return until after January 7th. We will of course extend the return period for you.

 

Returning via post

You can return the product(s), including packaging and/or labels, to:

Return the product(s) together with (a copy of) the delivery note that you received with your order. Indicate which items you return.

The paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks after receiving the returns. When returning the entire order, the total amount paid will be refunded. When returning a part of the order, the partial amount will be refunded. The shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.

Products are taken back when in new condition; garments including the attached clothing label, yoga mats still in the wrapper. If the product is damaged, costs may be charged. For hygienic reasons, used yoga mats cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, you can place a new order via our webshop. Return the other products using the instructions above. You can, of course, also easily exchange in one of our stores.
