Displeased? Money Back! A product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
This can be done in 2 ways:
- Free in our store in Amsterdam or The Hague.
- By mail. The shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.
Returns by mail must first be registered:
Log in to our website, go to my orders, then click on the order that you want to see return a product (s) on. Click on return items, fill in the fields and click on send. After you have sent the request, you can return the product (s).
You can return the product (s), including packaging and / or labels, to:

Return the product (s) together with (a copy of) the delivery note that you received with your order. Indicate which items you return.
As soon as we receive the return, the status of the return request changes to 'return received'.
The amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks. When returning the entire order, the total amount including shipping costs will be refunded. When returning a part of the order, the partial amount will be refunded.
If you want to exchange, you can place a new order via our webshop. You can of course also exchange items in our stores.
Products are taken back when in new condition; garments including the attached clothing label, yoga mats still in the wrapper. If the product is damaged, costs may be charged. In connection with hygiene, we can not take back used yoga mats.
