You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.
There are two ways to do this:
- Free of charge in our store in Amsterdam.
- By mail. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return by mail
You can return the product(s), including packaging and/or labels, to:

Please return the product(s) along with (a copy of) the packing slip you received with your order. Please indicate which items you are returning. Please keep the proof of shipment so you can always prove that the package has been sent.
You will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after receipt of your return. If you return the entire order, the total amount will be refunded. If you return part of the order, the partial amount will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Products are accepted as long as they are in new condition; clothing items with the attached label and yoga mats still in their wrapping. Damaged products may incur a shipping charge. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of used yoga mats.
Please note: we are currently not sending confirmation of receipt. Please check your Track & Trace code for this.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? Return the product(s) along with (a copy of) the packing slip you received with your order. Please indicate which items you are returning. Clearly indicate on the enclosed packing slip which item you would like to exchange. We will then send it to you.
Exchanges are also possible in our store.
