- Via iDEAL: payment via the internet, directly through your own bank. The iDEAL payment runs through STICHTING PAY.NL, IBAN: NL38RABO0190535792, BIC: RABONL2U.
- By bank transfer, prior to shipment: the total amount will be transferred to STICHTING PAY.NL, IBAN: NL38RABO0190535792, BIC: RABONL2U.
- By Creditcard: pay directly with your credit card.
- Via PayPal: pay via your own PayPal account.
Yogisha strives to ship orders within 1-2 working days. This applies to orders that are paid via IDEAL or Paypal, where the payment is processed immediately. For payments by bank transfer, the order is sent as soon as the payment is received. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.
If the delivery time of the ordered product is longer, then the consumer-buyer will be contacted as soon as possible. This then has the possibility to cancel his order. (The invoice amount will then be refunded).
All orders are sent via PostNL. They deliver, in the Netherlands, usually within 1-2 working days. If you are not home, the order can be picked up at the nearest post office. For international shipments, the delivery time is longer.
If you have not received anything yet 7 days after the date of your order, please contact us.
Orders above €50, - will be sent free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
For orders under €50, - within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany shipping and packing costs of €4,95 will be charged. For orders abroad, the costs are between €6,95 and €34,95, depending on the country.
It's also possible to pick up your order in one of our stores. Orders that are picked up at a store are always free of delivery charges.
A product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can return the product to Yogisha: Ceintuurbaan 306H, 1072 GL Amsterdam. The shipping costs for return shipping are at the expense of the consumer buyer. Products are taken back when in new condition and with garments (if reasonably possible) including the attached clothing label. The consumer has the right to try out the products. If the consumer has done more than necessary to assess the product, or if the product has been damaged in another way, costs may be charged.
When returning the total order, the total invoice amount including shipping costs will be refunded as soon as possible but within 14 days. When returning a portion of the order, the amount of the returned item (s) will be refunded as soon as possible, but within 14 days.
If there are complaints about, or defects in the delivered product, or complaints about the service, the complaint can be communicated by telephone (020-6640743) or e-mail. The consumer will then be contacted within 2-3 days to answer the complaint substantively. Yogisha will try to solve the complaint as carefully and as soon as possible. The legal guarantee applies to the products of Yogisha. That means saying a product has to do what the buyer can reasonably expect, that's what the law says. A product should not show any defects that are not expected during the expected lifetime under normal use. For more information, see www.sgc.nl.
Careful handling of personal data provided by the consumer buyer is handled. These are only used for communication between the consumer buyer and Yogisha and are not provided to third parties.
