Yogisha Yogisha Meditation Cushion Basic

This basic meditation cushion is 13 cm high, the standard size, and therefore the most common meditation cushion. It is the ideal height for many people and also a recommended height for beginners.

The cover of these meditation cushions is made of organic cotton and has a zipper so you can remove the cover and wash it (cold). The cushions are filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy natural material that provides sufficient support and still feels comfortable. The outer cover contains an inner cover made of finer cotton, which prevents the pillow from dust.
