Yogisha Tingsha

The pure sound of a pair of tingshas has a centering and clarifying effect on the mind.

Tingshas are used in Tibetan Buddhist and modern meditation rituals, for example, to bring wandering meditation students back to meditation. The effect of the sound is immediately noticeable and continues long after the sound has ceased to be heard by the physical ears.
