Manduka Manduka Yoga Bolster Lean - Deep Sea

Bolsters are sturdy, larger cushions that you can use to support your meditation posture and also in yoga poses. They offer slightly more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are primarily used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in sitting and lying postures, and during relaxation.

This bolster is slightly smaller than most bolsters. Its 30% recycled fiber filling makes it an eco-friendly choice. The removable cover is made of absorbent eQua microfiber fabric, which feels soft and keeps you dry and comfortable. A practical, sturdy handle and its light weight make the bolster easy to move.

Washing instructions

Remove the inner cushion cover. Machine wash on cold with similar colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
