The Jade Travel Yoga Mat is the slightly thinner version of the Jade Harmony, our best-selling natural rubber yoga mat. This mat is lighter in weight and therefore ideal for traveling or for the yogi on-the-go. The Jade Travel is thicker than most travel mats, which are usually 1 to 1.5 mm thick, and therefore offers more support to your joints and remains stable on the ground without curling up.
The open cell structure of this yoga mat means you can say goodbye to slipping. The superior quality rubber used to produce the Jade yoga mat provides the best grip, even with perspiration. All Jade yoga mats are produced with the utmost care for the environment. They use only natural, sustainable tapped rubber and all production takes place in the USA. Material
Natural rubber, free from PVC or other harmful substances

Jade mats are 99% latex free, and safe for most people with latex sensitivity. In case of a very severe allergy, contact with the mat is not recommended.

Maintenance

We recommend the Jade Plant Based Mat Wash for cleaning a rubber mat. These sprays are gentle on your yoga mat and are free of phosphate, alcohol, and bleach. They contain vinegar for disinfection and preserving the color of your yoga mat, and essential oils with antibacterial and therapeutic properties.
With rubber mats it is very important to keep them away from sunlight, both direct and indirect. The UV radiation in sunlight attacks the rubber and causes it to discolour and dry out. In addition, it is also wise not to expose your mat to extremely high temperatures. 

Sustainability

  I’ve had this mat for several years and it’s perfect! My hands never slip in down dog, and because it’s a little thin, I bought a cheap mat to put under it so it cushions my knees. But I will definitely buy this mat again!
