Manduka Manduka Yoga Bolster Lean - Sage

Bolsters are firm, larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture as well as yoga poses. They offer just a bit more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are primarily used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your seated and lying postures and during relaxation.

This bolster is slightly smaller than most bolsters. The 30% recycled fiber filling makes it an eco-friendly choice. The removable cover is made of an absorbent eQua microfiber fabric, which feels soft and keeps you dry and comfortable. A practical, sturdy handle and the lightweight design make the cushion easy to move.

Washing instructions

Remove the cover from the inner cushion. Machine wash on cold with similar colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on a low setting.
