Yogisha Yogisha Yoga Bolster Round Buckwheat - Hemp

This round bolster offers support in various yoga poses. Great for backbends and shoulder openings, but also nice to lie on in child's pose, for example.

These Yogisha own brand yoga bolsters have an outer cover made of hemp. The round bolster is filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy, natural material that conforms to your body. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.
