An effective way to promote muscle development, flexibility, and motor skills is to do exercises with a resistance band. Because you train with resistance and not with weights, you have less chance of straining muscles and other injuries. A resistance band is therefore also a good tool for recovery after injuries.
There are three different resistance levels available (light, medium, strong), for beginning to advanced athletes. All resistance bands include an instruction booklet explaining different exercises.
