These bags contain specially balanced salt for 'Jala Neti' (nose cleaning). The salt is pH neutral and isotonic and is therefore less irritating to the nasal mucosa than regular salt. Mix 1 sachet with 240 ml of lukewarm water, enough for 1 cleaning on both sides.
