Yogisha Meditation cushion Basic - Rose

This basic meditation cushion is 13 cm high, the standard size, and therefore the most common meditation cushion. It is the ideal height for many people and also a recommended height for beginners.

The cover of these meditation cushions is made of organic cotton and has a zipper so that you can remove the cover and wash it (cold). The cushions are filled with buckwheat chaff, a firm natural material that offers sufficient support and yet feels comfortable. The outer cover contains an inner cover made of a finer cotton, so that the cushion does not pollute.
