This strap features a double square ring buckle and is made of natural, unbleached cotton. Slightly narrower and thinner than the more traditional Align strap, the Unfold strap is easy to carry on the go.

The Unfold strap is available in two lengths. If you use a strap to extend your reach for stretching exercises that are a bit too tight, the shorter length is right for you. If you're doing restorative exercises , the longer strap gives you more flexibility.
