This round bolster offers support in various yoga poses. Great for backbends and shoulder openings, but also nice to lie on in child's pose, for example.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made of 100% organic cotton. This round bolster is filled with kapok, a light, natural material that feels soft. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.
