Bolsters are sturdy larger cushions that you can use to support your meditation or yoga postures. It offers more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface than a block. These props are mainly used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in sitting and lying postures and in your relaxation.

This bolster in rectangular shape is a sturdy cushion which gives good support during your yoga practice. Due to the 30% recycled fiber filling it is an environmentally friendly choice. The detachable cover is made of an absorbent eQua microfibre fabric, which feels soft and keeps you dry and comfortable. A practical handle and light weight makes this bolster easy to transport.

Washing instructions

Remove the cover from the inner cushion. Wash in the washing machine on cold with similar colors. Hang to dry or dry in the dryer at a low setting.
