Yogisha Yoga Bolster Round Buckwheat Basic - Sage Green

This round bolster offers support in various yoga poses. Great for backbends and shoulder openings, but also nice to lie on in child's pose, for example.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from 100% organic cotton. This round bolster is filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy, natural material that conforms to your body. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.

  Really satisfying substantial bolster. The weight is very convincing, love it. I thought the buckwheat was going to be loose inside the first layer so was very pleased to find there is another envelope inside. A lovely addition to my yoga kit!
