Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from 100% organic cotton. This round bolster is filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy, natural material that conforms to your body. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.
