This rectangular bolster offers support in various yoga poses. Great for backbends and shoulder openings, but also nice to lie on in child's pose, for example.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from 100% organic cotton. This rectangular bolster is filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy, natural material that conforms to your body. The outer cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle and is therefore easy to move.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.

  Het materiaal voelt heel fijn en is van goede kwaliteit. Echter, de vorm is niet rechthoekig, maar afgerond. Doordat er relatief weinig boekweitkaf in zit geeft de bolster minder stevigheid dan ik verwachtte.
