Yogisha Yogisha Meditation Cushion Basic - Ecru

This basic meditation cushion is 13 cm high, the standard size, and therefore the most common meditation cushion. It is the ideal height for many people and also a recommended height for beginners.

The cushions are filled with buckwheat husks, a sturdy natural material that provides sufficient support and yet feels comfortable. The outer cover has an inner cover of a finer cotton, which prevents the cushion from dusting.

Both covers have a zipper. Refilling is therefore a matter of opening two zippers: a piece of cake. Yogisha also sells separate refill bags with buckwheat chaff. The outer cover is (hand) washable.
