Yogamad Pilates Fitness Ball

This inflatable ball is perfect for yoga, pilates, physiotherapy and Fit Ball workouts. It is also suitable for use as a chair to help with any posture problems. The ball has a load capacity of 150 kg and is made of PVC which is free of heavy metals.

To find out if you have the right size ball, sit on it. The level of your hips should be the same as your knees and your knees should make a 90° angle.
