This round bolster provides support in various yoga poses. Wonderful for backbends and shoulder openers, but also nice to lie on during child's pose, for example.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from 100% organic cotton. This round bolster is filled with kapok, a light, natural material that feels soft to the touch. Both covers feature a zipper. The outer cover is (hand)washable. Finally, this bolster has a handle, making it easy to move.
