Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from 100% organic cotton. This round bolster is filled with kapok, a light, natural material that feels soft to the touch. Both covers feature a zipper. The outer cover is (hand)washable. Finally, this bolster has a handle, making it easy to move.

  De bolster is een stuk lichter dan de bolsters die ik eerder heb gebruikt. Dat was even wennen, maar is eigenlijk wel heel prettig. Ze zijn een stuk makkelijker te pakken (niet zo zwaar), ook als je al een beetje loom bent van je yinles.
