Use

For daily cleaning: Apply a few sprays to your yoga mat and wipe with a damp cloth. Let your yoga mat air dry before rolling it up again.

For thorough cleaning: Spray the mat wash generously over your yoga mat and let it soak for 5 minutes. Scrub the mat with a damp cloth and then wipe with a clean cloth. Let your yoga mat air dry before rolling it up again.
