Material
90% cotton, 10% elastane - Ethically and Fair Trade produced in Bali

Cotton is breathable and feels soft against the skin. The addition of Lycra ensures the material moves easily with you and retains its shape, even after prolonged wear and frequent washing.

Washing instructions

Machine wash at 30 degrees Celsius or cold. Do not tumble dry.

Sustainability

Funky Simplicity uses a blend of 90% cotton and 10% Lycra from Indonesia for all its items. Sanne, the founder of Funky Simplicity, discovered this cotton Lycra in Bali in 1994 and was so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship that she had a pair of leggings made for herself. In 2001, the Funky Simplicity brand was born. All clothing is still made in the same factory in Bali, run by a local family. All fabrics are hand-printed there, and the clothing is sewn on-site under good working conditions and for a fair wage.
