Bolsters are firm, larger cushions that you can use as support for your meditation posture as well as yoga poses. They offer just a bit more firmness and height than a meditation cushion, and more softness and surface area than a block. These props are primarily used in Yin and Restorative yoga classes, but you can also use a bolster in your seated and lying postures and during relaxation.

Yogisha's own brand yoga bolsters are made from super strong, wear-resistant natural cotton. This round bolster is filled with buckwheat hulls, a sturdy, natural material that molds to your body. The outer cover features a zipper, making it easy to remove. Finally, this bolster has a handle, making it easy to move.

Both covers are equipped with a zipper. Refilling is therefore simply a matter of pulling open two zippers: a piece of cake. Separate refill bags with buckwheat hulls are also available for purchase at Yogisha. The outer cover is (hand)washable.
