This cotton yoga mat is therefore ideal for more intensive yoga styles such as Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Because the mat is very absorbent and becomes grippier as it becomes damp, you are always assured of good grip.
The cotton yoga mat is best used in combination with a normal or travel yoga mat. In this way the cotton mat stays well in place and you will have sufficient cushioning.

Gisteren gekocht, vanochtend voor het eerst gebruikt.
Precies wat ik zocht! Gebruik hem voor Mysore practice over mijn mat, die anders na 20 min een zwembad is.
Hij is wat dikker dan de katoenen versie, die ik al gebruikte, maar hij daardoor blijft hij beter zonder hobbels liggen. 2m lang...ook top! Perfect dus.
Mat en rug samen indraaien en met een strap, zit wel erg strak, maar ik ben dan ook wat groter dan gemiddeld. Maybe toch maar een iets grotere tas.
