This 65cm silver fitness ball is perfect for yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy and Fit Ball workouts*. In addition, it is also suitable to use as a chair to help with any postural problems. The ball has a load capacity of 150 kg and is made of PVC which is free of heavy metals.

You can discover whether you have the right size ball by sitting on it. Your hips should level with your knees and your knees should be at a 90° angle.
